This is a charming B&B -- we stayed here a few weeks ago. They serve a
complimentary cream tea (with generous amounts of local Devon clotted cream) to
hotel guests. The B&B is good value for money, and the owners are very
friendly. Highly recommended. Directions: Head for Torquay sea front and turn
towards Paignton. After about half a mile at Livermead turn right signposted to
Cockington and Cockington Country Park. Keep on this country lane for about
half a mile and you will find the hotel on the left hand side as you enter the
village.
