Tea tasting, holiday theme tea, workshop, etc.
Submissions for non-tea events will be discarded.

Please allow up to two (2) weeks for your listing to appear.

All answers are *Required* except where noted. We regret that we are unable to list events submitted anonymously, and that submissions that do not include all requested information cannot be published in the TeaGuide Calendar of Tea Events.

Complete name, address, city, and state or province where your event takes place.
Tea room (or other venue) name and full address. We regret that we cannot list events without a complete address. 
For tours or "crawls," identify the geographic region to be visited (e.g., Cotswold region of England, or Eastern Pennsylvania).

How can readers contact the event organizer?

Contact telephone number. Where can readers call for more information or for reservations?

What should we tell our readers about the event/s?

Event name and details. Limit of twenty-five (25) words (approximately two [2] lines). Include the title of the event and the nature of the event. Optionally describe a specific activity and/or entertainment to take place, or any restrictions (e.g., "no children under ten years"). Hours and price are optional.


Please note that only those details provided on this submittal form will be used to create your Calendar listing. We do not post notice to "visit website for more details."

All submissions become the property of TeaGuide. Submissions are posted in the order in which they are received. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for your listing to appear. Listings are removed as the event date passes. If your event is canceled, postponed, or changed, please notify TeaGuide so we can update or remove the listing. If you have any questions, please advise us via email. When contacting TeaGuide about your calendar listing, you must use the same email address you used to submit the listing. Be sure to identify which listing is yours!
